A Chieftain in People Democratic Party PDP in Delta North Senatorial District Hon Christopher Ejor, a Supervisory Councillor in Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta state challenged the Senator representing Delta North in the Red Chamber, Senator Ned Nwoko for defecting to All Progressives Congress APC., he said it means nothing to them.
He disclosed that it has been his nature and their party PDP loose nothing because Senator Ned Nwoko has not and never brought any development to the people of Delta North since he became the senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2023 under the platform of PDP.
He described Ned Nwoko as a politician who make too much noise without impact and result. He asked what has he attracted to Delta North since he assumed the office of the senator. We didn’t lose anything, let him go Ejor stated.
Recall that few months ago, Ned Nwoko accused the governor of Delta State Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori of not listening to him over the Okpai Independent Power Project IPP, stating that Delta State has been favoured in federal allocation.
Ejor charged Ned to influence federal projects to Delta North not by empty noise without impact, adding that the creation of Anioma state has not come to reality and he couldn’t influence any federal projects to Delta North that he is representing.
He emphasized that if leaving the party is his best alternative so be it and they wish him well in his political endeavour, and he made it clear that their party loose nothing from his departure from PDP.
